The location is marvellous, at a walking distance from Rooftop. The room is fairly quiet with a balcony. The stuff are very good, giving their best to make the stay a really great experience.

The location was stunning and unbeatable - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. Most of the staff were incredible. A lot of food for breakfast, which was nice to satisfy everyone.

I spend 14 nights in Puerto del Carmen lovely. The hotel was in a perfect location very close to in the gardens, the marina/old town, and the old town of puerto del carmen. Besides, Lanzarote Golf Resort was 3 km away from the venue.

I truly enjoyed the room, it was well-equipped and reasonably large and with chargers very friendly, patio, for example. The staff were excellent and affable and an absolute pleasure. The location for Puerto del Carmen was absolutely perfect, just next door to bars, shops and restaurants, both sea and volcanos, and old harbour.
